Cancellation Policy :

Note : Cancelled reservations will forfeit 20% of the deposit. Rentals cancelled within 2 calendar days from the rental (rental date minus 2 days) will be charged in full. Cancellations related to weather (Rain, High-Wind, Rough Seas and other dangerous conditions) will be refunded in full.

Weather Policy : 100% Refund

Note : Renters will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the amount of time they used the vessel. If they did not use the vessel for at least 30 minutes, they will receive a full refund.

Special Policy

Note : Credit card payments are required to rent from us. $300 deposit applies, to be refunded (less fuel) upon return of undamaged boat with all accessories, life jackets, anchor and lines accounted for. Boat will then be refueled, and cost of fuel will be deducted from the security deposit.
